Remote Support
PHXTEKS uses RustDesk for secure remote support. Install the client below, then enter the connection settings to allow PHXTEKS to connect.
Step 01
Download RustDesk
RustDesk is a free, open-source remote support tool. Pick your platform below — links go to the official GitHub release page.
After installing, open RustDesk and continue to Step 02.
Step 02
Enter Connection Settings
In RustDesk, open Settings → Network → ID/Relay Server, then paste the values below into the matching fields.

These settings let RustDesk reach PHXTEKS's self-hosted relay. Nothing happens until you also share your RustDesk ID with PHXTEKS during a scheduled session.
If something's off
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the three settings above were entered exactly as shown.
- Some networks block RustDesk ports (TCP 21115–21119). A different network usually clears this.
- If issues persist, email your RustDesk ID to [email protected].
