Troubleshooting

  • Confirm remote.phxteks.com is set under Settings → Network.
  • Some networks block outbound ports — RustDesk typically uses TCP 21116/21117 and sometimes UDP 21116.
  • If it still won’t connect, email support with your RustDesk ID.
