Troubleshooting
- Confirm
remote.phxteks.comis set under Settings → Network. - Some networks block outbound ports — RustDesk typically uses TCP 21116/21117 and sometimes UDP 21116.
- If it still won’t connect, email support with your RustDesk ID.
